We understand that plans change. The fastest way to process your cancellation is through our self-service options:
- Option 1: log in to Manage My Booking on our website or app to cancel instantly
- Option 2: open your hotel confirmation email and click the link you find there
Important rules and fees
Before you cancel, please keep these key points in mind to avoid any surprises:
- Deadlines: Generally, you can cancel your booking up until the deadline specified in your confirmation email and in Manage My Booking. Keep in mind that all time limits are based on the hotel's local time.
- Fees: Cancellation fees depend entirely on your hotel's specific policy. We recommend checking your original confirmation to see if your booking is refundable or if a fee applies.
Note: the information above applies if your booking reference number has 10 to 12 digits. If your booking reference has a different format, you’ll need to contact the hotel directly. You’ll find the contact details in your booking confirmation email.
