How to cancel my eDreams flight booking
To cancel your eDreams flight booking, submit your request directly online through your account portal before departure.
- Log in to Manage My Booking on the eDreams website or app.
- Select the flight reservation you wish to cancel.
- Click Cancel Now if your booking includes a Free Cancellation window or the 'Cancel for Any Reason' policy.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation request.
If the operating airline manages cancellations directly, our portal will notify you on-screen to complete the process directly on the airline's official platform.
Please note that cancelling the flight will not always lead to a refund. The amount to be refunded depends on the fare conditions of your tickets, insurance and service contracted.
Depending on the fares and conditions of the airline, you may be entitled to a full, partial or no refund.
How to cancel my eDreams flight if I already checked in
To cancel your eDreams flight after checking in online, you must undo your check-in status directly with the airline before cancelling your booking with eDreams.
- Visit the airline's official website or app where you completed the online check-in.
- Cancel or undo your online check-in status for all passengers.
- Return to eDreams Manage My Booking to submit your flight cancellation request.
eDreams flight refunds and cancellation fees
Eligibility for a flight refund depends on your ticket fare rules, chosen service packages, and airline terms.
- Standard Tickets: Most budget fares are non-refundable according to airline rules.
- eDreams Administration Fees: eDreams will charge AU$ 70 administration fee per ticket (unless you have selected a Standard or Premium option).
- Flexible Products: If you purchased 'Cancel for Any Reason' or hold a Free Cancellation ticket, your option to cancel directly will display in Manage My Booking.
- Some airlines may also apply a cancellation fee, and there may be parts of a booking that are non-refundable (such as luggage or selected seats).
